Ceewin Louder, MS
Ceewin (she/her) is a PWC Collaborating Consultant with over nine years of experience working with and developing focused mental health interventions aimed at promoting social equity and rectifying systemic imbalances. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and is working towards a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Miami (expected 2025). She was born and raised in North Carolina by Liberian immigrants and currently lives in Miami, Florida.
Ceewin specializes in promoting just community-academe partnerships and advocating for the holistic wellness of ethnically- and racially-diverse individuals, with a focus on Black youth. With a strong background in mental health, she approaches wellness from a holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional health. With a keen understanding of the challenges facing communities of color, Ceewin uses her skills and expertise to bring about positive change and help build a world where all individuals have the resources and support they need to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
Ceewin is an award-winning presenter, able to present research and psychological science effectively to both academic and community audiences in a way that is both relevant and engaging. Additionally, she has co-authored numerous academic and community publications, including Real Talk: Promoting Social Justice in Education and Psychology through Difficult Dialogues and "Creating With, Not For People: Theory of Change and Logic Models for Culturally Responsive Community-Based Intervention" in the American Journal of Evaluation.
As a Black woman and a second-generation immigrant, Ceewin brings a unique perspective and insight to her consulting work. Her lived experiences and understanding of the intersectionality of race, gender, and cultural identity inform her approach, allowing her to provide tailored and nuanced solutions that address the complex and diverse needs of her clients.
